Frequently Asked Questions - FAQ
Order & Shipping
Where is my order?
For us, the way it works is that there is a fixed pre-order period during which customers can pre-order the goods in their own online shop.
Once everyone has ordered, the orders are passed on to production and produced. So if you ordered quite early, due to the process, your waiting time will be a little longer because we have to wait until everyone has ordered. We therefore ask for your understanding here.
The goods are then delivered to the collection address, which was clarified in advance with the project contact persons. There the goods are distributed to everyone by the SMV or certain employees as part of a campaign. This way we avoid overproduction and keep shipping and production costs low.
Do I have to provide my delivery address even if it's going to the school?
Yes, you can easily shop in the shop as usual and also provide your private address. In the end everything is sent to an address such as the school. When shipping, we always place the collective order in the shop at the beginning in consultation with the project contact person for the respective products so that there are no errors. The address you provide is simply the billing address for your and our accounting department. The "Delivery address" field is ignored for collective shipping and replaced by the collective address.
Can I return my order?
Unfortunately, the items ordered for individual graduation hoodies, school clothing and corporate fashion cannot be returned as there is no right of withdrawal for these products. According to the legal provisions, this applies to goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, i.e. for individualized goods.
However, we provide fit videos, size charts and other information so that you can best choose the products so that they fit.
When purchasing unrefined items, you have a right of return within 14 days. Please note our cancellation policy for further information.
How long does delivery take?
There is a fixed pre-order period (usually 2 weeks). This is always determined with the project partners and is available in the shop. Orders can be placed during this period. Once everyone has ordered, the orders are passed on to production and produced. The delivery time (usually 3-4 weeks) can vary per project and is always included with the product.
The delivery time applies from the print data release and the end of the pre-order period.
So if you ordered quite early, your waiting time will of course be a little longer due to the process.
Can I also have the goods sent directly to my home?
There are two types of shipping in our shop. Collective shipping and direct shipping. The shipping method is selected during the planning phase with the project partners and ultimately applies to the entire shop. Direct shipping is usually a little more expensive. Unfortunately, there is no option to receive direct shipping for combined shipping.
How does the return of sample shipments work?
Sample shipments that we send free of charge can also be returned free of charge. In this case, there is always a return label that you can use for the return. This must be attached to the outside of the packaging and then simply handed in to the shipping service provider (usually DHL).

As soon as a textile has been printed, the specifications listed on the label no longer apply. From this point on, please only treat according to the following washing instructions:
Always wash the product inside out (turned inside out):
- Please note the maximum temperature of 30°C
- Please do not use chemical agents (no fabric softener)
- Printed clothing should NEVER be put in the dryer
- Iron inside out (turned inside out)
We recommend for the sake of the climate:
Wash cold and line dry
How are your products cut?
The size tables for each product can be found in the product catalog or on the respective product page.

Therefore, please always pay close attention to the size tables. Of course, we always strive to provide the most accurate color representation possible.
What certifications do you have?
We source a large proportion of our textiles from carefully selected suppliers. Therefore, we do not have/need our own certificates for these products. We regularly check the suppliers' certificates to ensure they are up-to-date and correct in order to guarantee our customers the best possible quality and trust. To achieve this, we work closely with the certification companies. The respective certificates are always available in the shop with the product. You can find out more about sustainability here.
In addition, we have been producing our own premium streetwear basics sustainably in Portugal since 2023. You can find out more about this here.
You are welcome to request the certificates from us upon request. Simply write us an email .
Our products are certified with the most important and sustainable standards in the fashion industry.
Will the clothes shrink in the wash?
Garments conform to general apparel retail performance standards. Some shrinkage and twisting may occur after washing but remains within acceptable limits for shape retention performance. To minimize shrinkage and twisting, it is recommended that washing temperatures do not exceed 30°C on a standard or delicate cycle and that garments are shaped before drying. Hot washing and tumble drying are likely to affect the garment's shape retention and may also cause color fading. In the interests of environmental protection we say: wash at 30°C or less, do not tumble dry, line dry and only iron if necessary.
Warum sind einige Produkte nicht GOTS zertifiziert?
