Each project shop is always open for a limited time. During this pre-order period, the final products can be ordered. Our project partners are always informed about the current status. Once everyone has ordered, we simply produce the goods that were ordered and send everything to a collective address together with a detailed analysis.

We provide an individual shop for the project free of charge . The final products that were designed with us can be pre-ordered within a pre-order period of 2-3 weeks. Anyone can order their desired item from the comfort of their own home and pay online. In the end, we only produce what was ordered and send it to an agreed collection address. L1 appointment
Initial consultation
In an initial non-binding consultation, the personal contact will explain the simple and uncomplicated process and collect all further information for the conception of the project.
In our projects with schools or high school classes , we even present initial drafts right at the first meeting, which we prepare free of charge.
L2 appointment (only for school clothing & corporate fashion)

In the second meeting we finally present the developed concept. To do this, we show the optimized design drafts, the generated 3D preview images and the product selection. We take feedback requests and then work out the final designs for the final date.
L3 appointment
Finalization
Once the selection of clothes has been made and our professional designers have completed the designs, the individual shop is created and filled with the final products. There, students, employees or fans can conveniently select and pay for the products online.

Now that the project has been successfully completed and the goods have been delivered, we finally collect feedback on our process in order to continually improve in accordance with our motto "Always Improve". The reward is a certificate for the project and other benefits.

With our unique project process, we enable maximum individuality and at the same time, through our standardization and expertise, ensure a competent and stress-free process to create high-quality, individual fashion.
What advantages does the pre-order model offer?
The pre-order model offers financial security by avoiding pre-charges and allows the freedom to offer different products. Experience has also shown that a limited order period increases the number of orders and can be used as a community-building campaign at school or in the company. In addition, sustainability is promoted by only producing the quantity actually ordered.
How long does the pre-order period usually last?
The duration of the pre-order phase varies depending on the agreement with the project partner and project manager. Typically 1-3 weeks, although the exact time depends on the specific project.
Is it possible to order after the pre-order period has ended?
Repeat orders are only possible in exceptional cases immediately after the pre-order phase, as production begins immediately. For recurring projects, planning a new pre-order phase can serve as an option for further orders.
Is there a minimum order quantity for bulk orders?
There is no fixed minimum order quantity. However, LYTD Fashion reserves the right not to produce individual products and to refund the contributions paid if the small runs are completely uneconomical or the forecasts are grossly missed. In these rare cases, purchasers will be notified immediately.
How is the shipping address set for bulk orders?
The shipping address is determined depending on the agreement with the project partner and project manager. The address stored in the shop is primarily relevant for billing purposes. However, customers can simply enter their own address in the shop for the invoice, for example, since the purchase contracts for the individual products are concluded with LYTD Fashion and not with the school or the company.
What if I enter my own delivery address?
If a customer enters their private delivery address when ordering in the shop, at the end of the VB phase this will automatically be replaced by the predetermined collective address and all products will be sent to the collective address as discussed, including a detailed evaluation.
