No matter whether school clothes, graduation hoodies or corporate fashion. We have years of experience in graphic and fashion design and know what is important when designing and finishing clothing. We have therefore developed a standardized process in which you will be accompanied by a personal contact person at all times.

With our standardized process, we guarantee a professional and stress-free process by providing support and advice in digital meetings with all necessary steps, from design to product selection to production.
L1 appointment
Initial consultation
In an initial non-binding consultation, the personal contact will explain the simple and uncomplicated process and collect all further information for the conception of the project.
For our projects with high school classes , we even present initial drafts directly in the L1, which we prepare free of charge.
L2 appointment (only for school clothing & corporate fashion)

In the second meeting we finally present the developed concept. To do this, we show the optimized design drafts, the generated 3D preview images and the product selection. We take feedback requests and then work out the final designs for the final date.
L3 appointment
Finalization
Once the selection of clothes has been made and our professional designers have completed the designs, the individual shop is created and filled with the final products. There, students, employees or fans can conveniently select and pay for the products online.
L4 appointment

Now that the project has been successfully completed and the goods have been delivered, we finally collect feedback on our process in order to continually improve in accordance with our motto "Always Improve". The reward is a certificate for the project and other benefits.
We advise on designs and product selection.
We design the products, the designs for the clothing and provide free advice throughout the entire project. The final collection can then be ordered simply and easily via the online shop we provide.

Is there a charge for personal advice at LYTD?
The personal consultation is cost-neutral and will not be charged extra. It is initially non-binding and can be used free of charge to create an offer. The costs for this service are only covered by the product costs when an order is placed in the shop.
How can you communicate with the project manager?
Communication with the project manager can be done through various channels including WhatsApp (regular), email, telephone and online meetings to ensure perfect coordination. Most of the time we create a Whasapp group in which your contact person and all other people for the project can be found.
Is it possible to forego personal advice?
It is not possible to forego personal advice. Continuous communication and collaboration with our project partners and customers are crucial to find the best solution and ensure a smooth process and a relaxed atmosphere. This is a principle of our company, and previous project partners greatly appreciate the availability of a personal contact.
What to do if the contact person doesn't respond?
If the contact person does not respond, there is no reason to panic. This may have technical or illness-related reasons. If you have important concerns, you should call our service hotline directly or send an email to the company's information address. We always look for the best solution to the problem in order to help.
