Initial consultation
In an initial non-binding consultation, the personal contact will explain the simple and uncomplicated process and collect all further information for the conception of the project.
In our projects with schools or high school classes , we even present initial drafts right at the first meeting, which we prepare free of charge.
L2 appointment (only for school clothing & corporate fashion)

In the second meeting we finally present the developed concept. To do this, we show the optimized design drafts, the generated 3D preview images and the product selection. We take feedback requests and then work out the final designs for the final date.
L3 appointment
Finalization
Once the selection of clothes has been made and our professional designers have completed the designs, the individual shop is created and filled with the final products. There, students, employees or fans can conveniently select and pay for the products online.

Feedback
Now that the project has been successfully completed and the goods have been delivered, we finally collect feedback on our process in order to continually improve in accordance with our motto "Always Improve". The reward is a certificate for the project and other benefits.

How are the products ordered?
The order is placed individually by everyone via the individual web shop. There you can select the desired product variant, determine the size and color and complete the purchase via the shopping cart.
Are orders paid individually or collectively?
Each order is paid for individually. This ensures product-specific production without excess inventory and avoids financial risks for the customer.
Which payment methods are available?
The available payment methods can be seen directly in the online shop in the shopping cart. These vary depending on current offers and can be viewed there.
Most common payment methods are available, such as Paypal, Giropay, Google or Apple Pay, ShopPay or Klarna.
How do you ensure that the ordered goods arrive?
To collect the goods, the order confirmation from the confirmation email should be presented. Alternatively, you can also bring the corresponding email that lists all the products ordered to ensure smooth processing. After the end of the pre-order period, the project partners receive a detailed evaluation of all orders so that they can be easily distributed.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are not calculated at the normal price, but are distributed across all orders through collective shipping, which means they only amount to a small amount. In addition to the transaction fees of the payment methods, the total cost is less than €1 per order. For orders over €60, LYTD Fashion covers the entire shipping costs.
